General information about online shopping

The products are sold by Ekolet Oy with business ID 0822748-8. We sell products to individuals aged 18 and over in Finland, the EU and elsewhere in the world. The prices of the products include VAT within the EU. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering and order confirmation

As a rule, products are ordered online at www.ekolet.com via the shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, the delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force for each order.

Payment methods

Products and their postage are paid at the time of ordering. Our online shop uses the Finnish Paytrail payment service, which the online shop automatically redirects to when you make a payment. All major Finnish banks, credit and debit cards, mobile payment methods, invoice and instalment methods are accepted for Paytrail payments.

For retailers and businesses, we send invoices mainly as e-invoices.

Right of exchange and return

You can return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving your parcel. The product to be returned must be unused. Freight costs will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

Return of the product

If there are any defects in the product you have ordered or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@ekolet.com or by phone on 010 200 6260 so that we can arrange for the product to be repaired, replaced or returned. If the shipment is damaged externally, please check the contents of the shipment as soon as you receive it.

Compensation and refunds

Any refunds and reimbursements will, as a rule, be made to the same means of payment used to pay for the product. Refunds and reimbursements can also be made to a bank account, in which case we will ask you to provide Ekolet with your bank account number in order to make the reimbursement. Account numbers are not transmitted in connection with online payment.
