The products are sold by Ekolet Oy with business ID 0822748-8.\nWe sell products to individuals aged 18 and over in Finland, the EU and elsewhere in the world.\nThe prices of the products include VAT within the EU.\nWe reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordering and order confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a rule, products are ordered online at www.ekolet.com via the shopping cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, the delivery costs and the products ordered.\nTo receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force for each order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Products and their postage are paid at the time of ordering.\nOur online shop uses the Finnish Paytrail payment service, which the online shop automatically redirects to when you make a payment.\nAll major Finnish banks, credit and debit cards, mobile payment methods, invoice and instalment methods are accepted for Paytrail payments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For retailers and businesses, we send invoices mainly as e-invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of exchange and return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving your parcel.\nThe product to be returned must be unused.\nFreight costs will be charged on a case-by-case basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return of the product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If there are any defects in the product you have ordered or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@ekolet.com or by phone on 010 200 6260 so that we can arrange for the product to be repaired, replaced or returned.\nIf the shipment is damaged externally, please check the contents of the shipment as soon as you receive it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compensation and refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
