Terms and Conditions of Ekolet Online Store

All purchases from the Ekolet Online Store shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions and the applicable General Conditions of Sale of Ekolet (collectively “General Conditions”). In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the General Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Ekolet reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify or alter these Terms and Conditions and the General Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
- PayPal including International credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
- Pre-payment with a bank transfer*
* By choosing pre-payment with a bank transfer method for paying your purchases, we will immediately send you a proforma invoice including our banking details to the e-mail address you have provided in your order. Please note that we will process your order only after your payment has been received by Ekolet
** Ekolet reserves the right to make a credit check for invoice customers and revoke the order in case the check is failed. Please note that credit checking may also slow down order processing.
Taxes and Prices
All Online Store prices are net prices, exclusive of any value added or sales taxes (VAT 0%).
If applicable, any and all taxes will be added during the purchasing process and shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall be liable for providing Ekolet full and correct details of its identity. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that any incorrect details of the Customer’s identity that cause Ekolet a responsibility to pay VAT, shall be added to the value of the Customer’s order.
Delivery
Delivery transportation fees and terms depend on the Customer’s country are shown in the Ekolet web pages or given by email from Ekolet.
Terms of delivery (INCOTERMS 2010): DAT (Delivered At Terminal), CPT (Carriage Paid To), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Ekolet reserves the right to choose the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking code.
Delivery Time
Products shall be manufactured upon order and delivery will take place as soon as the ordered Products are ready for shipment. A typical delivery time for a single unit is two weeks. The actual delivery time will be confirmed on a separate order acknowledgement to the e-mail address provided in the order.

Warranty
All Products except electric devices are protected by a 36 months warranty. Warranty of electric devices is 12 months. For any inquiries regarding warranty claims, please contact Ekolet.
Returns
Only defective Products subject to the warranty terms can be returned if the cause for the return is a direct result of a Ekolet error i.e. Products not matching Customer’s order. Generally, the purchased Products cannot be returned nor shall Ekolet have any responsibility to repurchase the Products or refund the Customer for returned Products.
In the case of defective or wrong Products delivered by Ekolet, please contact Ekolet to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) permission. Ekolet does not accept returns without the RMA.
